Bonded T1
A Bonded T1 is a connection providing high-speed multiple T1 lines for Internet bandwidth between 1.544Mbps and 12Mbps. Bonded T1 lines are delivered using MLPPP T1 over fiber optic or copper phone lines. Bonded T1 service is used by businesses to provide reliable, dedicated NxT1 service for Internet access as well as other applications including email, file sharing, web hosting, data backup, video, or VPN access. A bonded T1 line is superior to cable or DSL Internet access because it offers a Service Level Agreement with guarantees on bonded T1 speed, performance, uptime, and repair. Bonded T1 service is used when higher than T1, but less than DS3 Internet bandwidth is needed. Bonded T1 service is also known as a Multiple T1 Line, MLPPP T1, NxT1 Line, or T1 Lines.
